Homework + Class Connects = 6 hours total Please keep track of your hours in a planner or calendar so you can be sure that you meet the 6 hour requirement Monday-Friday. To avoid an attendance call, be sure to log in prior to 11am each school day. What if I need to be absent and cannot attend for the full 6 hours?The parent/Learning Coach must call 7636562800 or email [email protected] to excuse your absence. Please include student's full name, student ID number, date and reason for excused absence in the voicemail or email message. If you are unable to attend 1 or more Class Connect session(s) or cannot be logged in for a total of 6 hours in a day, that is when you would need to be excused by a parent/Learning Coach. Please note that it is your responsibility to communicate with your teachers in order to make up the work missed. Contact information can be found here for your convenience.

Do I need to submit my attendance minutes anywhere?No, we do that for you! The system automatically records your attendance when you are logged in completing homework in your course pages ("Classes" tab) and/or attending a Class Connect session ("My Schedule" tab).
What happens if I miss school without being excused?New in 2020-2021: Learning Coaches will receive a robocall during the lunch hour if your student did not log in prior to 11am that same day.
Our goal is to help you attend school each day so that you can be successful in your classes! We will reach out to you to help solve any barriers to attendance. If attendance continues to be an issue, you may receive a truancy notice and be provided with extra support.
